Pleasant Grove sits on the benches at the foot of Mount Timpanogos, a few miles from the shore of Utah Lake. The town calls itself Utah’s City of Trees, and it shows in the mature shade along the older streets near downtown, where many homes still run on furnaces and ductwork that were installed decades ago. Newer subdivisions climbing toward the mountain have their own needs. We know the difference and service both.
In an older Pleasant Grove home, the furnace is often tucked into a cramped basement utility room with ducts that were never sized for central air. In a newer home higher up the bench, the challenge is usually a big two-story layout where the upstairs runs hot all summer. We look at how your specific house moves air before we recommend anything.
AC repair and new air conditioner installation for Pleasant Grove homes, covering everything from a dead capacitor or tripped breaker to low refrigerant and failing compressors. Plenty of homes near downtown added central air years after they were built, and those retrofits often struggle once summer heat settles in. When it’s time for a new system, we run a proper load calculation and check the existing ductwork so the new unit actually cools the rooms you live in, not just the ones closest to the air handler.
Get a QuoteFurnace troubleshooting and repair in Pleasant Grove, from cracked ignitors and dirty flame sensors to inducer motors, limit switches, and control boards. Homes up against the mountain catch cold canyon air on winter nights, and an aging furnace in an older home can be working harder than it should just to keep up. We service everything from decades-old units to modern high-efficiency furnaces, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense or whether replacement will save you money over time.
Schedule RepairTwice-a-year maintenance visits that check your furnace in the fall and your air conditioner in the spring. We replace or inspect filters, clean coils, test safety controls, tighten electrical connections, and clear condensate lines. In a city with this many mature trees, leaves, seeds, and debris tend to pile up around outdoor units, so a yearly coil cleaning goes a long way toward keeping your AC efficient and your energy bills in check.
Book Tune-UpPleasant Grove has held its Strawberry Days celebration for more than a century, and there’s still a strong sense of community here. Homeowners expect to work with people who show up on time, explain the problem clearly, and stand behind the work. That’s how we run every job.
